NY Strip steaks for under $4.00/lb choice grade, diesel half price, fert less than half price, custom grain and waste haulers doing it for 20 to 25% less now than a year ago, trucking rates 25 to 50% off their high, new pick ups 35% off list, steel staples I use to close the cabbage boxes, 25% less now that 12 months ago, plastic wrap from $9.00 per roll to $6.50 today. Need anymore?
Are we having both deflation and inflation at the same time???
Oh, while we are at it. I am still waiting for that big increase in interest rates while I save money with my $4.25% Land Bank land note.
