You could probably rent a nearly new d6 size dozer for $40 an hour. Clean it up with the 6, then rent a hoe to burn the piles when you're done. There's really not a good way to do it. It's hard, rough, dangerous work that most people aren't cut out for. Expect it to take longer than you think.
