My granddaughter was collecting stuff at school to send. She mentioned clothing. I told her cash or gift cards might be better. Someone would have to sort the clothing to size and etc. I'd say just give money and let the victims buy their own. Different tastes for different folks you know.
Biut, yes, some people lost everything including their clothes.
Never thought of this for flood victims.
