Have a fan like that but it's mounted under the cubby hole up front, use it all the time either on the windshield or the side windows, yep no jacket and window cracked or you will burn up. One day I out on my insulated bibs, boots, heavy jacket and stocking cap and tired running with no heat to keep windshield clean, all that did was get me cold and still had a froze up windshield
