Markets change, adapt.
I know it’s much easier to get defensive and try to continue “a way of life” but as an industry we should be looking beyond the product “fake meat” towards the perceived benefits consumers would enjoy about the product and what we can do to provide those benefits NOW before “fake meat” hits the shelves.
But... I anticipate another fight over labeling (like that matters) just like dairy fights almond “milk” among other doomed to fail crusades. | |
