My experience has been your kicking the can down the road. We're talking a elementary school math level here. I believe you have a labor issue not a monitoring issue. Once this is resolved, you will have another issue and on and on. The challenge is finding someone capable of doing there job without someone watching over them every minute. It's a tough position to fill working in the pork industry.
