That VA report would look like opportunity to me!
I've fed cattle out of that area. That is all they are worth. Once a backgrounder cleans them up, straightens them up and sorts them, they will be worth more, but still need a 1200 mile ride and they never do as well.
Maybe time to inject a little reality in here.
