I don't wish your arthritis on anyone. Mother got diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis when she was 50, she passed at 71 in '91. Hand tendons shortened twice to attempt to straighten her fingers, total bone fusing in one foot, both knees replaced. Last 5 yrs if she bumped herself, skin would rip and was so thin stitches were not an option. 3 different visits to Mayo over that course of time.
