Subject: RE: What time everyone goes to sleep ?

Tuscola, IL
For me it makes absolutely no difference. I’ve learned that my body is going to get about 7.5 hours of sleep no matter what time I go to sleep. I’m a very very heavy sleeper and usually an alarm clock is not enough. When I was younger, I was chronically late for work. People assumed I was either lazy or out all night which was opposite of the truth. I didn’t mind working till late at night, I rarely stayed out late, to this day I went to the bar with friends once. I just hadn’t realized yet that my body was going to get its sleep. Also, I suffer from migraines and lack of sleep seems to be a trigger. I’m starting to think the 7.5 hours of sleep is my bodies way of trying to protect itself from migraines. I know people who absolutely love sleep. I’ve never been that way. I’ve always out off going to bed as long as possible, even if I’m not doing something productive. But, since I turned 30, I’ve started to pay more attention to getting a good nights sleep.
