Yep, revolver has a hand grip for a reason......to keep your hands on it.As a young kid I did experience powder burns on my left hand I was using to steady a small small caliber revolver near the tumbler not on the tumbler but too near it(minimal damage was done though)..... That taught me never to do that again!
