I have similar symptoms to what you described. I've never been to the doctor for it, but figured out mine is acid reflux. If working hard I'd get to coughing a feel like throwing up. Sometimes I do cough up stomach contents. If bending over it is worse. I've learned to take some tums or prilosec once a day when needed. Since doing that I'm much better and don't have to take something every day. Tomatoes really bother me, so if eating something with tomatoes I'll take a prilosec beforehand. I also learned that if I'm wearing to tight of pants I have more problems.
