Penobsquis, New Brunswick, Canada
i listen to the sound of the engine on the tractor.

when i'm combining i listen to the sound of the combine threshing and separating.

those sounds are more important to me, than the sound of the radio.

i can listen to the radio when i'm not drivin a piece of equipment.

i'd hate to not hear a problem because the radio was on.

this taught to me by a fellow farmer that could not hear the hydraulic pump in his tractor straving for oil, because his radio was on loud enough to cover up engine noise and other machine noises.

my 2 cents
