n.c.iowa
So what if I told you that little project came in a little north of 45k with engineers fees included, contractor swears he wasn’t paid more than 12k for his involvement, which according to a couple other drainage contractors is about what they’d charge to install 12” dual wall, with three hookups.

So if you’re pretty good with math, we are trying to figure out x-y=z, where z went.

I got a extra room in my house i’d Let out for a enterprising civil engineer, interested?

The other thing that kinda has me scratching my head is that in the adjoining county where I live they have a county ordinance where as if the project is less than 30k then a engineer doesn’t have to be involved on a county main.
The county where this took place i’m assuming has a similar ordinance.
