We had the same thing ditch was asseted and sat for 30 years we cleaned our own and diked the county next to us cleaned their ditch and i could not deal with it this was MOm and DADs . All the water from the west flooded us /Farm was not under water yet , we do pump if needed. Son and I get BS from neighbors all the time a bout the dike .I just want to keep what i own and pay taxes on/ the lid on top of dike is wide enough for two pickups
