West Central IL | The ruins are ok but they have blocked you off from walking around them. You can get close but at one time looks like you could go in ruins. The trail hikes are really neat. We do not have areas like that in McDonough County. Our kids are 4 and 6 and was able to go down the 300+ steps to the bottom of the trail and look up at ruins from the bottom. We did walk out a different way and it was not to bad back up the hill. We did a go cart track that had 2 seaters so kids could ride. They liked that. Trampoline park was ok for an hour or so. Had to buy socks there though. | |
