Reno Co KS | I would do a credit card. I used to work / travel over seas before I settled down. Credit card gives you the exchange rate at the time you use it. She will need a fist full of cash for whatever countries she visits. I'd use cash for most purchases. Bigger things on the card.
I can't get a prepaid card to work at a gas pump on the USA half the time, lol.
Also, calling home can be a bear so may want to go over that before she leaves.
