Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | Reminds me of a story told by a fellow who taught the "Driver Improvement Class" which was required after someone lost their license due to drinking offenses. He said that the bulletin board at the local Police station had a list of drivers names, license plates, etc that showed those about to be regaining their driving privileges after losing them for drinking.
He said they had found that many of the participants went out and did some celebrating right after they got their licenses back and were great targets for repeat arrests. Seemed a bit unfair as they were being targeted but he claimed it was being done.
