"Here" you have to approved by the county to apply one of the "accepted" dust control products. You also need proof of insurance, and a bond. We are one of the approved applicators, and used oil is considered a toxic substance here, and the liability if someone slides off the road also keeps oil from being used. Each county is different, by I'd check first. J
