Subject: Salesman's sample or what??

Highland Center, in Southeast Iowa

So, I sourced this cute little crib thru a local dealer/picker. I'd been wanting one for some time, but they're not easy to find around here.  So.....looking for info and opinions. Is this a salesman's sample, a small-scale chicken producer's ear corn storage, dealer's display, or what??  It's about 5.5' across, 6' to the eave, and about 9' tall to the peak. The top peak lid is held on with wingnuts and the unload is proportionately small. What say you?
