I have no experience with Blunier but I have heard good things. There is a local builder named last name Johnson that has done some work real close and lives a mile from you if you want to go the Menards route. Bryans post frame construction is also another I have heard good about.
I helped a friend with a Menards kit and wasn't impressed with the lumber but it worked. They are cheaper for a reason
