The 5 inner bolts hold the brake drum onto the Dayton hub.
To change it, you would need to remove the oil cover, remove the big nuts holding the bearings, pull off, and then find a hub pilot to fit. I have no idea if there is such a conversion.
The conversions I've seen require removing the entire axle assembly and welding a newer assembly to the trailer.
