.. and another thing.

Given that Wheat has been Cheaper than Corn in a LOT of places in the SW Plains.. and Given that we KNOW some feedlots in the Texas panhandle are feeding some Wheat now.. buddy says the high levels of a fungus on the corn which was rained on this fall.. too high to feed.. blending it off with wheat.. or switched over to cheaper wheat.. this is what I've been told..IS OCCURING as of LAST WEEK.. fwiw.

I know we've feed some wheat.. I've even posted a picture of the mill doing it.



HOW does the WASDE justifiy Cutting feed usage by 56 myn bushels..???

We're:

a) Importing Wheat

b) Feeding Wheat

c) The Lowest planted Winter Wheat acreage since 1909

... and yet we got a bearish reaction yesterday... because the GUESS on Acreage was Lower than the Actual number.. EVEN THOUGH it was DOWN..


???

It doesn't add up.
