mid Illinois | Are any of the Cummins 855 big cam 2, 3, 4, or 88 engines ones to stay away from? I have heard that the big cam 4, and 88 engines were the ones to stay away from, due to low flow cooling or other problems. Whats you opinion? Reason I ask is because sometimes you can buy a good running old truck with an 855 cummins cheap, and wanted to know if some of these engines you should stay away from. I'm only familiar with a big cam 1. | |
