An interesting idea... ;-)

Especially if you can keep your cow, equipment and facilities costs to a (relative) minimum by grazing, etc.  Does depend on your climate and location. Location both for production and marketing. Not quick nor easy. A lot of work and many different types of work. Not for everyone.
