New holland is a huge market for milk fed lambs less than 80#. A very large ethnic market. Basically pull the lbs off the ewes and send to market. Here is the market report. Put a good texel on them for some real meaty lambs. https://www.ams.usda.gov/mnreports/ln_ls322.txt
