Depends on the setup, if you 90deg. going into the barn, sometimes they won’t be glued together, if the 90’s aren’t there it’s a lot easier.
Otherwise i’ve Heard of it, but never done it, pull a small rope through with the old auger, pull the new auger back through with the rope.
