Use a balancer or mineral premix that contains Rumensin. This will not only be much safer (Rumensin can be toxic when not mixed properly) but if the Rumensin is mixed better the calves will grow better because they will get a much more even daily dose.
180 mg/hd/day is a pretty small dose.
