The newer Teagle models with Dual Chop may be able to get him to 2" particle length. http://www.staalmeester.co.za/Videos/Teagle_Tomahawk_8080_Dual_Chop...

The older models won't get to 2" on baleage. 4-6" is more likely. Haven't been around a Fine / Final Cut version that Vermeer, Highline and Bale King have to know how short they will go.
