SE MN | Boon, I really enjoy your posts and respect your opinion but you are looking at things through very different eyes than some of us.
I farm for a living, I don't have a W-2 job or a nice 401k to rely on. Any wealth I have has come from land ownership. I bought a small farm 3 years ago for way too much money. My dairy operation had to subsidies payments but it will be paid for next year. I wouldn't hesitate to do it again if somthing close comes up for sale. | |
