Weather you want to admit it or not your building a grain dryer and building grain storage. Its either at your farm or wherever you haul it to. At my stage of the game I would much rather have it at my farm, If i was 5 years from retirement I would haul it strait to the elevator and not worry about it a bit. There is a big advantage to drying your own grain and being able to not wait in lines. Its no coincidence that the years the elevators have big dividends in the grain departments the corn was wet coming out of the field. They make money drying corn.
