Probably in 15 years will be a 50 year cycle . 1930”s 1980’s 2030’s.
Krondratief Wave , 50-60 yr. cycle..... On land prices,yes its way "over valued" and so are rents/machinery....the guys buying land are using money from other land/business/inheritance too pay for it...after not buying any for nearly 20 yrs. we bought some and most scary part is when financial institutions tell you it can only increase..... There will be lots for sale in next 10 yrs. as many 80+ yrs. olds own a bunch of ground and kids will look at it as there retirement fund...say $3 mil. farm, and 5 heirs,to they all want too share $60k rent ($12k each per yr.,less taxes,ect.) or do they want $600k each in cash?
