Lon is one of the smartest men I’ve met. He seems quite humble too. It’s a different world there. Very rural, and I say that coming from a county with 10,000 or less people.

To find quality, “repeatable “ labor is damn difficult. I hadn’t taken the time to watch the video as we just finished our beet harvest. Yet, I can guarantee that if Lon is doing something it’s well thought out and reasoned.

We had some help in from well outside our region for harvest and pay well due to crap hours and often times marginal field conditions and the attrition rate is still higher than what 90% of most logical folks can wrap their heads around.
