I don’t know why for sure. Hrsw is truly red in color when it’s good. If you had a handful of hrsw that resembled even hrww it would be probably a 40% price discount. If it looked like sew you could just as well leave it in the field in some instances. I’m not good at baking characteristic specifics. Maybe Simone else can chime in.
