Ghog spring wheat is not the wheat you grow there. 2.2lbs of N per bushel is what it takes for good 14-15 pro hrsw. Our soils are not poor it’s just nature of hrsw. If I am to grow 80 bushel 14 pro wheat you need 200lbs N. If you don’t have 14 pro the discounts can get steep. Real real steep. If the corn guys ever put up with what wheat guys did there would be a special corn discount talk room or something on here. | |
