Good morning 1234- Question, since shelling seems to be a term thats definition varies by region, is the 80% basically the assumption of kernel loss? Or Are you trying to take the cob out of the weight? (My weights listed are hand shelled as I weighed kernels only, cob was already removed). Just curious on understanding the math... Thanks!
