| Misrepresentation is the reason the sale never happened.The seller has nothing.In this day and age where a mans word is his bond have somehow vanished.I sold a tractor to a reputable dealer I thought and was going right by his lot so decided to walk through.There sat the tractor I had sold with oil filter stating hours and matching tach and looked fine just I remembered it having about 3000 more hours .I must be getting too old to remember.Didnt even go to office as there was a low houred tractor I was possibly interested in for customer. | |
