Bloomington and Putnam IL | Had a great uncle from Germany who always had beer for his 2 PM "coffee" break (lived to 104 which was too bad because his eyes and ears gave out first and he loved to read and visit). I like beer like my Uncle Pete and hard working German grandpa (lived into his mid 90s) but ran two 23 minute 5Ks last weekend at 52 despite 40+ MPH winds. I beat 95% of the runners younger than me so pretty sure a few beers aren't going to take me down early... |
