southern MN | You didn't mention the air/ expansion tank. Is that too small, or water-logged? Would be the 1st place I would look.
Your blow-off valve could be bad.
The auto-fill can also be causing problems overfilling your system. I'd tie it out of the loop for a while to see what happens. My boiler has no auto fill for 80 years, you _can_ live without it at least to see what is going on.
One or more of those 3, I'd look in that order. But I'm no expert at all.
