If your not going to stock it, be competitive on the price. I can google a part # while your guy behind the counter tries to find out the price and how long it will take to get it.
Also, if I can look the part # up quicker on my phone than your 'professional' can... don't expect me to have much confidence in the rest of your operation.

No, they just need to quit running the good help off. A good parts counter is the most effective salesman a dealer could ever have.
