Pretty happy with mine. Decent supplies. Offer me sideline parts when they can save me money. Ask what shipping I want when it needs ordered. Shop super helps even when he knows I'm doing it in my shop. Tells me when his service truck will be here. (I'll tear a machine down to what needs service that I can't. Then they come do the component)  Even worked for hour and half on a piece I figured was hopeless. NC. New sales guys don't pester me as we are used shoppers. They are quick to call back if I contact them.
