Be generous in your community. Donate toys, caps, gift certificates, supplies when people ask, and even when they don't. Because they don't like to ask, it goes a long way.......................


It used to be that way.
But, and I've brought this up before, there are a lot of people that rely on aftermarket suppliers and internet vendors to supply them, except when it's in the middle of "go time", then they want the locals to stock everything.
And they want the locals to donate to everything local. How many times has anyone seen one of the aftermarket/online vendors donate to local fundraisers/schools, etc? Never.
Yes, I know how hard it is to pay more locally, when the same thing is less aftermarket/online, but it's nice to have the locals when you need them.
Just had to bring this up, as I've been in the boots on sides of the retail counter.
