Next they will be trying to take my bird dogs away from me. It's cruel to make them look for birds, and they could step on a sand bur, or a cactus, have a run in with a porcupine or get accidentally shot. Are they going to make a person put a seat belt on the dog in the front of the truck? Maybe a baby seat made for a dog?
