Buxton ND | The CWB and the ND State Mill did not fair too well on that deal.
There were 5 of 6 locally that passed on a $26 guaranteed CASHHHHHHHHHH bid.

Lots of wheat is not milling quality. Lots of spring wheat country froze up really wet, cold/snow/more snow/more cold and snow is making a that early spring light pretty dim.
Not all those unit trains have went to those 2 mills that can handle a full train :o)
