Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | I think the value depends on the surrounding area. I know of at least one farm site that quit that had decent bins on the place but really has no value to anyone because the neighbors all have good sites of their own. In another area, if an adjoining farmer or someone branching out or a farmer without a shop and bins has a need for a good building site the value would probably remain fairly strong. |
