My opinion is that even if the money is supposedly in escrow to remove them, it will never be used for that. Attorneys would fight over it if it ever came to the point they needed to be removed and there wouldn't be enough left to do it anyway. Plus, here they say they will remove them down to 2' under the topsoil, so you basically still couldn't raise anything there.

I thought it was interesting when Gary S. asked the guy from the wind company what would happen in the event the company went bankrupt.
The guy said it would be like any other company filing....a court-appointed trustee would be appointed and then he would continue making payments......I'm pretty sure Gary has had some people file on him over the years, so I'm sure he knows that is not how it always works, many times they say tough luck there is no money.
I don't think they could interest me in putting any up.....told my wife none of our neighbors would ever come to a cookout again if we did (-:
