Bremen, KS | Gravel. 3/4 mile south and a mile west to Bremen and the closest pavement. This road is well maintained as it is the main route to our church. Most of the gravel they put on is from a quarry south of Marysville and has a high clay content. It's a slimy mess the first rain after it is put down and then it packs into a very hard base and becomes a good surface that lasts for many years. We also have dirt/mud roads close by.
The township roads in this township generally have a better crown than the county road or some other townships. It all depends on the maintainer operator.
