Thumb of Michigan | Seen the movie 2 or 3 times over the years. I'd like to see Arlo live someday, get the feeling it would be a fun show. No clue if he even plays live shows anymore.
First Thanksgiving I spent with my future in laws, I played my Alices Restaurant cassette for my Mother in Law. She was very polite about it and laughed more than once. Figured I was starting a tradition. My now wife kind of nixed me playing it every year soon after. She doesn't mind the song, its my singing along with it that seems to be the problem.
