Seventh-grade Social Studies class. A high schooler stopped by the classsroom door and told the teacher what had happened. This high schooler wasn't well known for his credibility, so our teacher refused to believe him. It took her a while to finally get the 'official' word from the superintendent. We were sent home, and spent the next 4 days in front of the TV watching the coverage.
