NC ND | Thanks for the replies, I am running a 9610 RWA and looking at a second one. I got totally swamped with calls this year to clean up mud spots that only pretty much me or a guy with tracks can get out.
I can find quite a few machines for the $ 25k range or to get one set up the way I would like the asking price jumps to the $50k to 60k range. I can always add RWA, looked into Hillco lateral tilt, and that lead me to the idea to just get a MD head instead.
Never had a need for contour before, but it was guessed, acquired a 36' crary air head for beans, can still do all right on dry ground. But in the mud bouncing around I need some kind of lateral movement.
On the machine I have, it had the hydro go out and was replaced at the Deere shop, first time they put the wrong one on and it had more power but a lower top speed, that lead me to wonder if there was differences in the machines if they have RWA as a factory option | |
