I have bought 3 used Honda 4 wheelers two of them had a hard life before and one I bought off a old farmer who was the only rider they all have been good with hardly any repairs. We use ours daily  for work not play. The last 2 Honda  250  RECONS together cost only 2/3 of a new one. My advice try to buy the simplest one less things to go wrong.  Our newest one is a 2003 all I ever buy are tires and batteries and  I have replaced the starters on the  2   old 1984 and 1986 Honda   4Traxes that we still use we have 4 Hondas and have good luck with the brand.
